Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. No deposits will be lost.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no-shows at the ferry terminal will be billed at full price.
You can modify your booking dates or times for free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
